All services (1 on 1, online, hybrid) are an educational process as much as they are physical. My goal is to educate you throughout our time together to ensure you gain an understanding of training and nutrition protocol that allows you to succeed on your own when our time together comes to an end.
 

If you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or whatever other fitness goals you might have, you may have considered getting a personal trainer. But, costs can be steep. So, how can you know if a personal trainer is right for you? Is there a distinct benefit to having a personal trainer?

We’ll dive deep into your health, training, nutrition and injury history to ensure we piece together a program that best fits your needs, limitations, and lifestyle while allowing us to reach your goals.

This is not a cookie cutter approach. Everything put together is done in order for you to be as successful as possible. Total volume, recovery, nutrition, and number of workouts needs to work for you. What works for someone else may not work for you.

Habib Health and Fitness does not offer meal plans, does not require you to count calories, and does not require you to adhere to a strict diet. Instead, the goal is to find a sustainable approach to nutrition that fits your lifestyle and helps you meet your goals. Let's work together to find an approach that works for you!

1 on 1 PRIVATE TRAINING:

Train to build a physical and mental foundation to allow YOU to enjoy and succeed in your life both inside and outside the gym. All sessions are tailored to you - your strengths, your injury history, your lifestyle, your goals!

10  Sessions - $750 ($75ea)
20 Sessions - $1400 ($70ea)

30 Sessions - $2010 ($67ea)
  40 Sessions - $2600 ($65ea) 

HYBRID TRAINING: 

$300/month + 1 on 1 private training sessions up to 4 times a month at $50/session

ONLINE TRAINING:

$300/Month. No up front commitment required, however highly recommend a MINIMUM of 3 months to ensure results. All done through an app!

  • Evidence and science-based training tailored to each client with THEIR goals in mind.

  • Client’s training calendar and number of training sessions per week is tailored to best fit their lifestyle.

  • Tailored to equipment the client has available. Limited to at home workouts with limited equipment? No problem, we can use what you have available!

  • Weekly check-ins and overviews to help hold you accountable, educate you, answer any questions you have, and to update you on the goal of your current training program.

​

  • Exercise execution videos are provided for each movement to ensure you are never left confused on how to perform a prescribed exercise. Weekly feedback is also provided in regards to exercise execution to make sure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively.
